テーブルのセッティングはすっかり整い、少しの間、静かな時間が流れます。
The Main Dining Room before dinner. The setting on each table is completely finished, and for a short while, a quiet moment flows through the room.


奥ではまだ準備や確認などの作業が進み、その気配も感じられます。
すっかりディナーのセットを終えたテーブルの上にはメニューと花。
窓の外は徐々に夕闇に飲まれ、室内のランプがなんとも言えぬ雰囲気をつくります。
お客様をお迎えする前のひととき。これもまたスタッフだけが見ることのできる風景の一つです。

In the back, preparation and final checks are still underway, and their presence can be sensed. On the tables, perfectly set for dinner, rest the menus and flowers. Outside the windows, the view is gradually being swallowed by the twilight, and the indoor lamps create an atmosphere that is truly indescribable.
This fleeting moment, just before we welcome our guests, is one of the exclusive scenes only the staff are privileged to witness.
