83：初期の料理場　　-The Early Kitchen-

当ホテルの最初の料理場の様子です。
This is a scene from our hotel's very first kitchen.

調理台の上に、肉や卵も見える一方で、料理人たちの足元は雪駄が。
写真にのみ残る風景ですが、料理の一部は今に引き継がれています。

While meat and eggs can be seen on the cooking counter, the cooks are wearing setta (traditional Japanese sandals) on their feet. Though this scene now exists only in photographs, some of the dishes prepared here are still carried on today.
